We will inspect the toilet and tank for any leaks and make sure it is properly flushing. We will check the the float ball, overflow tube, bailcock for proper adjustment along, the flapper for water seal.

We will inspect your kitchen faucet for leaks or corrosion which build up over time. we also check and maintenance the cartridges, stems, and rubber seals by greasing them. So you get good water flow.

This is residential only, we will check the temperature and pressure relief valve for safe by visually inspecting them. we will also check for any carbon monoxide leakage and clean the burner assembly on your gas water heater, drain the heater and clear the tank of sediments. Electric water heaters will be inspected and we will check the thermostat setting and readjust if need be.

Our Professional Service Technicians will inspect your homes plumbing system and tighten any loose faucet handles, we will check all emergency shut off values toilets, water heaters, sinks and main water shut-off.
